A program built for self-identifying women with a dream of working in sport management and being part of the next generation of leaders in our game. This program will provide learning & training paired with mentorship and networking opportunities, with an aim to successfully place more women into more positions within Canadian soccer.

While MLS has made greater strides than most North American Leagues in the area of gender equity, BMO and Toronto FC know we still need to do more. The TFC Women in Soccer Fellowship is designed to help be part of that change - giving women with vision a holistic view of our business and the insights required to become the sport leaders of tomorrow.
